Husho No Himei – the epitaph of transient life

  • works installation

year: 2004
materials:drift woods+rubbish on beach, plywoods, mirror, LED+switch, ink
installed at: New Art Competition of Miyagi, Media Theque, Japan

bird foot tracing. extinction of life. home country in gradual metamophosis to industrialisationism. invisible versus visible materials. statements within explicity and aestheticity. We collected rubbish, driftwoods from the beach where we used to swim. a sight of nuclear power station is a statue of globalization. the site is famous for surfing. the determined waves are entangled with human waste.
