Part of Pavilion’s Interwoven Histories programme, supported by Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF), this project explored narratives around migration and migrant workers’ contributions to industry and culture in Leeds. Having researched on the history of refugees, asylum seekers and ex-textiles and garment workers in the city, the objects are composed into a story-telling space with random whispers of actual voices from the interviews.
