traces of FOUR is a collection of recordings selected from the performances of reductive journal’s UK book launch tour to celebrate their first monograph, FOUR. The book itself contains eleven artworks that linger in between categories of critical thinking, sonic art, music, visual arts, and literature articulating silence and space. The performances capture the spirit of the book, underscoring notions of activity and non-activity, and the relationship between reading and inner-listening practices.
